This villa is named after the big cherry tree in the garden and, although built several years ago in traditional Pèlion style, has been totally renovated to provide all the needs of modern day comfort. It is a true delight and with such a strong, pleasurable ambience that it almost speaks.

Villa Kerasiá is suitable for 4 to 6 persons. Steps lead up to the entrance of the house and views from the large terrace embrace the village and sea. Perhaps not so strange that the Gods also chose to spend their summertime here. The ground floor is taken up with a comfortable sitting area with television and decorative fireplace on one hand, and on the other, a dining area with table and chairs.

Also on ground level is located the fully equipped, open plan kitchen (including dishwasher).

A couple of steps lead us up to two of the bedrooms, both with double bed and television, and one of which also has a decorative fireplace and sitting area. A bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine is situated close by. On the first floor is the large ‘ondas’. The 'ondas' is the traditional living area of this type of house and, true to the style of Pilion, is light and airy on account of the continuous windows on two sides. Fitted sofa style seating extending right around three walls allows you to enjoy the magnificent views in comfort. On this floor the third bedroom is also located - a delightful double bedded room with en suite bath and WC and ample closet area.

There is also a fitness room (for adult use only) with various exercise equipment, inside sauna and bathroom with shower and WC. The villa is equipped with air conditioning which is not included in the price.

In front of the villa is a large terrace with wooden table and chairs and a strategically placed barbeque allows you to grill whilst still appreciating the wonderful views this villa offers. A few steps lead us down to the swimming pool with its comfortable sun loungers and Jacuzzi. There is even a covered area with cozy, comfy seats.

This villa is situated on the slopes of the traditional village of Milies and is only accessible via the kalderimis (donkey paths). The centre of the village is only 10 minutes away on foot. There is parking possibilities approximately 500 metres from the house leaving just a 5 minute walk to the villa.
